Purpose

SWRN+ (Showrun+) is a free guide to action sports competitions live and on replay, available at app.showrun.tv. These terms set the rules for using the app and the member account. Using SWRN+ means accepting these terms; creating an account requires accepting them explicitly.

The publisher of SWRN+ is presented in the legal notice. How your data is used is described in the privacy policy, which you accept by using SWRN+.

Free of charge

SWRN+ is free. Browsing the schedule and watching the videos played in the app requires no account, no subscription and no payment. The member account is free too.

Some competitions are broadcast by other services, free or paid, which set their own access conditions. The app shows the access of each broadcast.

Videos and YouTube

SWRN+ hosts no videos. The videos played in the app are published on YouTube by their rights holders and play in YouTube's official player, ads included. SWRN+ uses YouTube API Services. Other broadcasts open on their broadcaster's site.

By using SWRN+, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, which apply to video playback.

A video may be removed, made private or blocked in your country by its rights holder or by YouTube, without SWRN+ being informed.

Schedule and times

The schedule is built from the official sources of organizers and broadcasters, dated in the app. Times, broadcasts and replay availability depend on them and may change without notice. SWRN+ updates the schedule as soon as a change is known, without being able to guarantee its accuracy.

Notifications and email reminders follow the schedule known at the time of sending. Depending on your device, your browser, your mailbox and the notification service, they may arrive late or not at all.

Member account

The account is optional. It is open to people aged 15 or older, who state it when signing up.

You create your account and log in with your email address and a 6-digit code received by email. Use an address that belongs to you and keep access to your mailbox: it is the only way to log in.

Your first and last name, if given, must be your own, and the avatar an image you have the right to use.

You can delete your account at any time from "My account". Deletion is permanent.

Acceptable use

The following are prohibited: getting around the service's technical limits or disrupting it, extracting its content automatically and on a large scale, accessing or trying to access another person's account, using an unlawful or offensive image as an avatar.

Account suspension and deletion

SWRN+ may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, after informing its holder by email, except in an emergency affecting the security of the service.

An account unused for 3 years is deleted, after a warning email sent 30 days before. An account whose code was never entered is deleted after 24 hours.

Availability

SWRN+ strives to keep the service available. It may be interrupted for maintenance or in case of failure. A failure of the member area leaves the schedule and the videos available.

The content of the videos, the decisions of organizers, broadcasters and YouTube, and the third-party sites SWRN+ links to are the responsibility of their authors.

Intellectual property

The structure of SWRN+, its texts, its selection and its visual identity belong to EXAPHASE. The names and logos of the series, events, broadcasters and YouTube belong to their owners.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. Members are told about any significant change by email before it applies. If you do not accept it, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, first write to the contact address to look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before the competent court. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
